If you change your mind about an order and would like to cancel or change an order, please e-mail us at [email protected] or to 1-866-327-2251 and make sure to include your order number. We will do our best to fulfill your request so long as the order has not yet shipped. If it has shipped, and you would like to return your order or part of your order, then you must follow our return policy procedures as stated above.


All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Please allow 2 business days for order processing. UPS ground service will take between 2-7 business days. Please note that shipping time frames are calculated from the day the package leaves the warehouse, not from the day the order was placed.


Standard UPS ground charges for shipping within the continental Canada and USA are applicable. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. If the customer is not there to receive a package, UPS will make 3 attempts or if the area is safe they will leave the package at the door. After 3 delivery attempts the package will be returned to and the customer will be refunded the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping back to us. The same conditions apply if a customer refuses a package.
